I have worked in the IT and Customer Service industries for more than 30 years.
I have a "Can Do" and "Let's see what's possible" attitude and firmly believe in opportunies, never obstacles.

My experience includes working in the Private, Local and State Government sectors

Install, Upgrade, Maintain and use various Hardware Components and Peripherals.
Install, Upgrade, Maintain and use various Operating Systems and Software Applications.
Install and maintain computer networks including Client-Server (Domain) environments.
This includes Windows Servers, Workstations and Thin Clients.
Connect computers and peripherals including networks and cabling.
Program in BATCH, HTML, PHP, SQL, C# and Python.
Provide End User training in the use of Hardware and Software.
